She struck me as a sweet, interesting child - her personality shone through. The second time I met Katie was at Cindy and Phillip's wedding. We danced together for quite some time. What struck me then, and how I will always remember Katie, was the look of pure joy and ecstasy on her face as we danced together. It was one of the more beautiful sights I've ever seen, and has stayed with me since. That is how I will remember her. I had always been ambivalent about whether or not I want to have children, but the time I spent with Katie at the wedding was so amazing that I now feel that the beauty of children is a rare gift, one I hope to be blessed with in the future.
